(1)    We explicitly point out that we currently deliver only to customers in Germany or Austria.

shipping costs
(1)    For delivery within Germany we charge shipping costs of 7.00 € per order. For delivery to Austria we charge 15.00 € per order.

(1)    Within Germany and Austria delivery will be made with DPD. Other countries per agreement (DPD, UPS and Fedex).

(2)    If an article is not available, we may withdraw from the contract. If there is no comparable product available, or you do not want, that we supply a comparable product, payments already made will be refunded without delay.

(3)    If the delivery of the goods fails after three unsuccessful delivery attempts we may withdraw from the contract. Payments already made will be refunded without delay less all costs incurred by us.
